YES! YES WE DO! If you need land, we can put you on land that we have or if you need land in a certain area, we will find you that land. We are a turn - key dealership. What is the difference between modular and manufactured homes?
The main differences are that manufactured homes have a permanent chassis, which is a metal frame while modular homes are attached to a permanent foundation. Additionally, modular homes must be built to meet all local and state building codes(the same as a site built home). Manufactured homes are built to rules set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), known as the HUD Code.
